Developed as an internal campaign, the Porsche Manifesto reframes the brand from product excellence to cultural aspiration. Built around the idea “We’re not just the car of your dreams; we’re the company of your dreams,” the film positions Porsche not only as an icon of performance and quality, but as an employer defined by ambition, pride and people.
Task
Strengthen internal communication and employer brand perception by articulating Porsche’s values, culture and ambition in a way that resonates emotionally with employees and talent.
