Swisscow is a full-spectrum brand project developed from zero, defining the retail concept, naming, visual identity and customer experience for a pioneering chocolate store in Latin America. The project translates the company’s story into a coherent brand narrative that connects product, space and experience. From the overarching concept and brand strategy to packaging, logo, store environment and communication design, every decision reinforces a distinct, memorable brand world rooted in cultural richness and emotional resonance.
Task
Develop a holistic brand concept that shapes the narrative, identity and experience of the store — from naming and packaging to physical environment and brand communication.
